These exquisite and unique salt and pepper grinders were designed by artist Kelly Robinson of the Nuxalk and Nuu-chah-nulth nations. The recycled glass sleeves feature his beautiful Raven Transforming panel design. The ceramic grinding mechanism combined with the stainless steel post and cap makes these grinders suitable for salt, pepper or herbs. Kitchen-tested by a Marriott Executive Chef, these grinders will provide long-lasting enjoyment.
ARTIST BIO
Kelly Robinson was born in 1981 in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Kelly Robinson's roots and family originate in Bella Coola, BC, with descendants from both the Nuxalk and Nuu-chah-nulth nations. He was exposed to First Nations artwork from an early age and has always been interested in learning and refining the art- specifically the unique design forms of the Nuxalk.
